Overview: Proud Moments ABA is a nional behavioral health organizion, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Our BT's are an essential part of the trement team- providing 1-1 specialized trement in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a center-based setting. Responsibilities: Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect da to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized trement plan and report progress
Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized trement plans
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
Maintain clear lines of communicion with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
Qualificions: Current/Active RBT Certificion
Access to reliable transportion
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
Demonstred ability to work with confidential informion
Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicion, problem-solving and organizional skills
Compension Re Range $19-24 per hour
