Swiftwater Dental is looking for a third associate dentist to join our team in beautiful Cle Elum, WA. We’re a thriving, private family practice—nestled in the Heart of the Cascades, minutes from Suncadia Resort and one hour from Issaquah. We’re not a DSO. We’re not corporate. Dr. Johnson, owner and operator, is seeking a dental associate to join our practice. One of our valued associate doctors is taking medical leave for surgery, creating an immediate opening. This position offers exceptional flexibility—it can be structured as full-time or part-time, both now and long-term. This means our current associate will have a position to return to when ready, while also allowing us to bring on an outstanding new team member permanently. You’re a Great Fit If You: - Hold a DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school - Have an active Washington State dental license - Are confident across general dentistry—restorative, preventive, diagnostic - Communicate well, build patient trust easily, and have a strong chairside manner - Are humble, coachable, a team-player, and open to collaboration and feedback - Take a conservative, evidence-based approach to treatment planning - Genuinely care about your patients and the community you serve Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with oral surgery, extractions, molar endo, and/or implants - 3+ years of clinical experience Important Notes - Must be able to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans - Ability to maintain required state malpractice insurance Ready to grow your career in a private practice with strong earning potential?
