Thursday, June 4th - 12:00pm-4:00pm CLICK TO REGISTER FOR HIRING EVENT Full-Time - 2:30pm-11:00pm - Sunday-Thursday ABOUT THE ROLE As an LVN or LPN Belmont Village, you will administer medicions, support wellness initiives, help ensure regulory compliance and assist with quality monitoring in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will communice with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and team members as needed ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow-up. You will lead and provide direction to Caregivers and Medicion Technicians where applicable. The ideal candide is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstres emphy. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Follow up on physicians orders, coordine services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care informion Provide medicion administrion to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observions documenting as necessary Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medicion Technicians and care providers Make approprie situional decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner Upde and review resident medical records, clinical documention, and incident reports MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Active LVN or LPN license in the Ste in which this community is loced CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire One year of medicion administrion experience preferred Must be able to communice clearly in verbal and written English Intermedie computer and mobile device skills Professional, pleasant and team oriented titude Consistent and reliable tendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operion of the community Please note th the above Responsibilities and Qualificions provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualificions.
