How you'll make an impact
Acting as an onsite safety liaison with primary focus in construction and fire safety, incumbent(s) will conduct job site inspections to monitor conformance with constructions and fire safety standards and coordine with the project management team to help improve safety on the jobsite. Inspects site to determine if conditions meet the required Federal, ste and local standards and documents any unsafe conditions. Provides comprehensive accident investigions th include interview, photographs and written report. Coordines with client and participes in loss control inspections with insurance brokers and/or carrier representives and accompany all regulory official on site inspections. Coordines onsite safety meetings and approprie tool box talks. Perform new worker orientions. May supervise onsite staff.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science. Minimum 6 years experience in engineering or safety and health consulting. Registrion or designion in one or more of the following technical areas: Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional or Professional Engineer. Prior experience in profit and loss management for consulting.
