The Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover provides person-centered support to individuals in residential, clinical, vocational, and day program settings. This role helps promote independence, health, safety, and community integration while supporting a variety of program locations based on organizational needs. What You'll Do Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs. Support health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans. Monitor safety and provide appropriate supervision and intervention Build positive relationships and encourage independence. Support community involvement, social activities, and personal goal. Maintain accurate documentation and a safe environment. Travel between and support multiple Hope Network locations as needed. What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and relationship-building skills Patient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a variety of settings Professional, reliable, and committed to person-centered care Flexible and willing to support changing program needs and schedules What You'll Bring Preferred: Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services CPR/First Aid certification Required: High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs.
