Opportunity to provide companionship and interact with families Job description: OUR MISSION: Mountain Valley Home Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-home Caregivers to provide quality care to our clients in Chelan and Douglas County. As an In-home Caregiver, you will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals in need. Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments Monitoring and reporting on their condition Interacting with the clients family as needed Other duties as assigned, and which relate to the success of the community and the care, comfort, and happiness of the client and family. CPR Certification (Preferred). Food Handlers Permit- Or obtain one shortly after hire Must have strong understanding of the English language sufficient to read, write and interpret administrative information.
