The role at a glance Position: Full-time, permanent, in-center Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours Total compensation: $80,000 to $117,000 per year, with more earning potential based on center size, mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs®), and supervising assigned trainees Caseload: An average of five to six children, with a maximum of eight Why BCBAs choose ABC Compensation & bonuses Total compensation package: Your pay combines a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership when promoted to Senior BCBA. Monthly performance bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and start at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, so you won't wait months to qualify. Sign-on bonus: Earn up to $10,000, depending on location and start date. Mentorship bonuses: Earn bonus pay for providing supervision hours to RBTs pursuing a master's degree in behavior analysis.
