Collaborate with team members for smooth kitchen operations Job Title: Cold Side Kitchen Staff Monday - Friday 5am- 2pm (4-5 weekends a year) Responsibilities: * Prepare salads, sandwiches, and related prep work following established recipes. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold side work station. * Assist with dishwashing and help maintain a clean kitchen area. * Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. * Perform other duties as needed. Requirements: * Previous cold side kitchen experience preferred. * Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. * Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes. * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift objects. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
