Job Overview: We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Fairway Server to join our team for the busy golf season. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and interacting with guests. The Fairway Server (snack shack) is responsible for preparing simple food items, serving beverages, and providing friendly service to golfers and guests while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities: ◦ Greet golfers and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. ◦ Take food and beverage orders and serve items quickly and efficiently. ◦ Prepare simple food items such as hot dogs, sandwiches, and grab-and-go snacks. ◦ Serve beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while following all legal alcohol service requirements. ◦ Maintain a clean and organized snack shack (Fairway), including stocking coolers, supplies, and condiments. ◦ Operate the POS system to process cash and card payments accurately. ◦ Restock food, beverages, and paper goods throughout the shift. ◦ Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management. ◦ Keep work areas, counters, and equipment clean and sanitized. ◦ Provide quick, friendly service to ensure golfers can get back to their round promptly. ◦ Work closely with the golf course and Albatross team to maintain smooth daily operations. ◦ Uphold The Albatross' standard of hospitality and guest experience. Qualifications: • Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to help guests. • Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system. • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. • Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods. • Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
