Take accurate food and beverage orders using ClubEssential POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage tables effectively by coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly, assisting with food handling and food safety protocols, and supporting overall sanitation efforts. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring every member feels valued. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Collaborate seamlessly with team members across service areas to deliver a cohesive dining experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or Country Club, Resorts, Hotels environments. Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills and guest relations expertise. Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations ensures compliance with health standards. Strong time management skills are essential for multitasking during busy service periods while maintaining a positive attitude. Serving or host/host experience provides a solid foundation for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
