Responsibilities • Welcome and assist every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Learn our menu and confidently guide first-time customers. • Recognize and build relationships with our regular guests. • Coordinate walk-in, online, and delivery orders. • Verify every order before it leaves the restaurant. • Communicate effectively with the kitchen during busy periods. • Help maintain a clean, organized front counter.
