DUTIES INCLUDE Prepare handmade pizza using a deck oven Prepare salads, antipasti and desserts Assist with tasks from General Manager and Assistant Manager Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the General Manager and Assistant Manager Properly receive and store delivered items Assist in food inventory and control Communicate with the manager on any out of stock, or low-stock items Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and other health and safety guidelines Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required Full-time employees eligible for group medical insurance benefits
