Responsibilities: Available to work 7am-7:30pm. Prepares food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner. Ensures the proper preparion, portioning, and serving of foods as indiced on the menu cycle and standardized recipes. Tastes and prepares food to determine quality. Operes dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment. Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards. Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures. Oversees food storage; checks labels and des. Completes cleaning duties. Follows all local, ste, and federal policies regarding food handling. Maintains food safety equipment records and food safety temperure records. Other duties as assigned. Qualificions: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
