Duties will include dividing and hand-shaping bread dough, monitoring proofing, baking in our deck and rack ovens, cleaning, and maintaining production records. For the right candidate, there is also potential to be trained on tasks such as mixing. This position will start as a temporary role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. The schedule will be for five (5) overnight shifts per week, likely from 10pm-6am, but that may change depending on bakery needs. Full availability is required; please expect to work weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.
