Opportunity to work independently and follow directions We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented delivery driver to join the team. This role is responsible for early morning meal deliveries throughout San Diego County, ensuring every order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Schedule Deliveries take place every Monday and Wednesday Start time: 5:00 AM (prompt arrival required) Responsibilities Pick up all delivery orders from the kitchen at 5:00 AM Properly pack each order: Place three ice packs per cooler bag (one on each side) Ensure bags are securely closed Confirm refrigerator door is fully closed before leaving Complete deliveries in the exact order listed on the route Follow all customer delivery instructions If no instructions are provided, place bags in a visible, secure location at the front door Take a photo of each completed delivery and upload to the app Maintain a professional and respectful presence at all delivery locations Returns & End-of-Route Duties Collect any returned delivery bags and ice packs Return all items to the kitchen after final delivery: Fold bags neatly (up to 7 folded bags per bag) Place ice packs in the designated bin in the refrigerator Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Up-to-date vehicle insurance (required) Reliable personal vehicle Punctual, dependable, and organized Ability to work independently and follow directions Comfortable with early morning hours Compensation $12 per delivery stop Typical routes range from 8–18 stops per shift If you take pride in being reliable, efficient, and delivering great service, we’d love to have you on the team.
