All staff must have current California Food Handlers Card and California ABC RBS certifications. Responsibilities * Prepare and plate dishes to spec during service. * Maintain prep lists and ensure station readiness. * Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. * Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing inventory. Qualifications * 1–2 years kitchen experience in fast-paced settings. * Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes. * Team-oriented with a positive attitude * Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20-24 per hour depending on experience and a share in the tip pool Shift: Available to work day/evening/night shift Ability to commute/relocate.
