Focus on guest satisfaction and team support LEAD SERVER / SHIFT LEAD – MENOMALE Menomale is looking for an experienced, reliable Lead Server / Shift Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on serving position with additional responsibility during the shift. You’ll earn your own tips while helping keep service organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities include: • Serving guests • Supporting the FOH team during service • Handling guest concerns, comps and discounts as needed • Helping ensure opening and closing duties are completed • Sending a brief end-of-shift report • Assisting with a short weekly inventory • Communicating issues to management We’re looking for someone who: • Has strong serving experience • Is dependable and comfortable taking the lead • Communicates well with guests and coworkers • Can stay calm and organized during busy service • Takes initiative without needing constant supervision Compensation: $12/hour + your own tips Part-time, 25-30 hrs per week.
