The Lead Server helps to guarantee the highest quality program for the residents. Supporting our front-line team in providing exceptional service. Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities Lead associates in providing the highest quality food and services for all residents and dining guests. Ensure the dining room is sanitary, organized, and fully stocked at all Ensureservicestationsanddiningroomareproperlysetupandreadypriortoeach Provide training to new staff in fine-dining principles, service etiquette, and other dining services Verify that all job cards (cleaning lists and side work) are being completed for each Assign or complete the closing check-out list at the end of the Conduct daily pre-service meeting and documentation for each Review daily associate assignments, the menu, food ingredients (gluten-free, allergens, ) and communicate new policies/procedures or other pertinent information to the associates. Enforce the uniform policy and temperature-control Monitor and document inventory and communicate needs to the rest of the dining services leadership team for ordering purposes. Perform other duties as needed Comply with all policies and procedures Process transations through register system Prepare resident orders (lunch specials, making sandwiches) Verify and process internal food ordering Position Requirement Education: High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s degree in food service preferred Licenses/Certifications: Food Handler’s certificate or other required certification as specified by state guidelines Experience: 3+ years in food service Skills & Abilities: Amazing customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Travel: N/A Min: USD $16.00/Hr.
