Cafe Fleur De Lis — French Quarter, New Orleans • Help greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner • Manage the host stand and help maintain an organized waitlist • Help bus and clear tables throughout service • Wipe down and reset tables quickly for the next guests • Keep the dining room clean, organized, and presentable • Help with menus, silverware, water, and other table needs • Assist servers and other team members during busy periods • Help maintain a smooth flow of guests and tables • Communicate with the front-of-house team throughout service We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Is friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with guests • Is reliable and punctual • Works quickly and stays busy without constant supervision • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Can multitask in a fast-paced restaurant • Works well as part of a team • Is comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the shift • Restaurant experience is a plus
