Collaborative team environment GRILL COOK – FULL TIME LaCascia's Bakery, Deli & Catering – Burlington, MA LaCascia's Bakery, Deli & Catering is seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our team. We are a high-volume bakery and deli serving customers throughout the day in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently, stay organized under pressure, and consistently produce quality food. Schedule Requirements(5 days a week) • Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Full-time position • Overtime hours are available if applicant wants them. Requirements • Prior experience as a grill cook or working in a commercial kitchen is required. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy meal periods. • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. • Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and food safety. • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities • Prepare and cook Lunch and Dinner menu items. • Operate Char broiler grill, flat top grill, and other kitchen equipment safely. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation. • Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety standards. • Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed. • Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
