This individual needs to be professional and presentable at all times. The responsibilities include: • Preparation and working of grill station • Breakfast consists of making eggs, omelets, French toast, etc. to order • Lunch consists of burgers, quesadillas, appetizers, etc. to order • Assists with all café service as needed • Helps with catering • May help with customer transactions and customer service, FOH stocking and cleaning • HACCP logging- Taking and logging temperatures of food, coolers, warmer box, etc; • Labeling and dating all products in process • Prep and Cleaning lists are part of the job • We wash our own dishes! It is a Full-Time, Monday through Friday position with full benefits (including 9 paid Holidays). We are seeking an energetic person who has great customer service skills as well as good English communication skills, and reliable transportation. The hours are approximately 6:30am to 3:00pm.
