What You’ll Do Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine hospitality to every guest Welcome guests warmly and help create a positive first impression Manage reservations, seating, guest flow, and table turns efficiently Take orders accurately and confidently, with a strong understanding of food and beverage Communicate menu items, ingredients, and recommendations with enthusiasm Work closely with servers, chefs, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service Maintain a polished, professional presence throughout each shift Handle guest requests and concerns with patience and professionalism Contribute to a positive, team-oriented restaurant culture What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant experience, preferably in upscale, Japanese, or high-volume dining Strong knowledge of hospitality and service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Professional, energetic, and personable demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A genuine interest in Japanese food, culture, and hospitality is a plus Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a team Why Join Us?
