As an authority of beer products and atmosphere in the area, we are looking for rock stars to join the team. This is a physically demanding position whereas our team is on their feet the whole shift and rolling heavy kegs constantly. Lifting heavy loads throughout the shift on multiple occasions. Job Descriptions: - Receiving orders of kegs, cases of beer, and glassware and storing them quickly and efficiently - Constant cleaning of bar surfaces, walk-in shelving, and other areas of the restaurant - Constant stocking of glassware, product in low boys, ice in ice wells - Satisfying drink tickets from servers with urgency and quality - Maintaining DOH 'A' letter grade by following codes outlined by the municipality - Must have night and weekend availability, this is primarily a closing shift. - Keep the backbar stocked with citrus, juices, syrups and accurately labeling & dating them You Are: - Punctual - Driven - Organized - Professional - Strong - Have endurance - A team player - Hungry for the paycheck that the hard work will deliver.
