With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations. What you will have an opportunity to do: Read, check, and manage tickets as they come in—accuracy is your superpower! Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen looks perfect and matches the order. Be the friendly face that greets guests as they arrive or move throughout the restaurant. Support servers by clearing and resetting tables for arriving guests. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant area. Keep service flowing by performing pre-shift prep and maintaining organized server stations. Collaborate with your teammates from servers, to cooks, to bartenders. Know the ins and outs of the operation - you’re the eyes and ears of the floor! Scheduling & Hours: Schedules are shared one week in advance Because we’re open 24/7, 365 days a year, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is highly desired. What are we looking for? Previous experience expediting or serving in a high-volume environment. WA Food Handlers Certification. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
