The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, frying, glazing, and decorating a wide variety of donuts while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety. If you love late nights/early mornings, the smell of fresh dough, and creating sweet treats that make people smile, this is the job for you. Key Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes and production schedules for various types of donuts Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including mixers, fryers, and ovens Fry donuts to perfection with attention to timing, temperature, and consistency Apply glazes, fillings, icings, and decorations to donuts using various techniques with creativity and precision Ensure all baked goods meet quality and visual standards Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout the preparation process Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of ingredients or supplies Assist in developing new donut flavors and seasonal specials Collaborate with the team to fulfill large or special orders Qualifications: Previous baking or kitchen experience required (preferred in donuts or pastries) Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Comfortable working late night/early mornings and in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods Have a Food Handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join Us?
