This is one role with responsibilities in both dishwashing and food preparation.** Team members in this position will move between keeping our kitchen clean and organized and supporting daily food prep based on the needs of the operation. This role is a great fit for someone who likes staying active, works with urgency, keeps their area clean, and is comfortable jumping between different tasks throughout the shift. What You ll Do Dishwasher + Sanitation - Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, containers, and kitchen equipment - Maintain a clean and organized dish area - Keep sinks, floors, work surfaces, and surrounding areas clean - Properly handle trash, recycling, and compost - Restock clean dishes, tools, and utensils for the kitchen team - Support opening, closing, and deep-cleaning responsibilities Food Prep - Assist with cutting, chopping, portioning, and preparing ingredients - Prepare sauces, garnishes, produce, and other menu components - Follow recipes, prep procedures, and portion standards - Properly label, date, rotate, and store food - Maintain a clean and sanitary prep station - Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures What We re Looking For - Dependable and punctual - Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Able to stay productive without constant supervision - Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety - Willing to learn and receive coaching - Able to switch between dishwashing and food prep as business needs change - Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed - Able to stand and move for extended periods and perform the physical tasks required in a working kitchen What Success Looks Like A successful Dishwasher + Food Prep team member helps keep the entire kitchen moving.
