We are hiring a Porter/Prep to help out at our commissary location in Pasadena. Responsibilities: Wash and store dishes, cookware, and utensils. Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment. Change out and wash hood vent. Organize the walk in. Simple prep tasks to help out the prep team. Unload produce deliveries. Requirements Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting as needed, and to work safely around kitchen equipment. Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and cleaning practices; willingness to follow established procedures. Food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning experience are useful.
