WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Rental Coordinor, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role th serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a gre experience when renting equipment from Pape’. Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurely and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests, and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detail person, enjoy working a fast pace, and have a winning titude. WHAT YOU NEED: Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems. Excellent communicion and customer relions skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment.
