Shift Details & Hours Late-Night Shifts: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM Dinner Shifts: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintain high sanitation and hygiene standards across all areas of responsibility. Keep food storage areas exceptionally clean, organized, and properly stocked. Ensure all food items are correctly handled, stored, and accounted for at the end of every shift. Properly rotate inventory (FIFO) to maintain freshness and minimize waste. Prepare all food items strictly according to established specifications and recipes. Maintain orderly storage spaces and manage product pars effectively. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic understanding of (or a willingness to learn) workplace safety regulations and sanitation codes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team. Ability to follow instructions and recipes precisely to maintain consistent food quality. Solid working knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelines. Flexibility to work late-night and evening shifts. Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
