Responsibilities: • Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes. • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. • Assist with inventory, prep work, and kitchen organization. • Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service.
