Restaurant General Managers are responsible for the overall operion of a Burger King restaurant for Kwik Shop, overseeing a team of Associes and Leaders in their work to serve our guests. Responsibilities: Ensure th your team greets all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and apprecied, encouraging Guest Loyalty. Demonstre leadership tributes to include: building and maintaining trust with the store team by setting clear and measurable goals, holding self and team accountable, and communicing frequently and effectively. Build and develop a strong team by: hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, offering timely feedback on performance and leading by example. Lead a team of store associes in a fair, consistent, impartial and timely manner, supporting and enforcing all Ste & Federal laws along with Company policies and procedures. Achieve operional excellence, develop performance goals aligned with the Company’s Operional objectives, hit financial goals (Sales/expenses to budget, net profit) and strive for year over year improvement. Manage food operion to ensure quality and safety of all items sold. Manage the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store (inside and out) ensuring th all food prep areas are clean and stocked; the food service area is spotless and the bhrooms are sparkling clean, deleging and directing team to maintain condition levels up to Company’s standard. Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety programs and other guidelines in place for successful food service operion. Perform other duties as assigned the discretion of the District Manager. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodions. Working Relionships: Restaurant Clerks, Team Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, Restaurant Managers In Training, District Manager, Brand Manager, and various Corpore personnel and vendors Minimum Educion: N/A Preferred Educion: High School or GED Minimum Experience: 1 year leadership or supervisory capacity in restaurant environment, leading a team Preferred Experience: 1-3 years restaurant experience, Previous Experience with Burger King Preferred Licenses/Certificions and Skills: Valid Driver’s license. Nional Food Safety requirement (can acquire during employment) Soft Skills: Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members High energy Ability to move from one activity to another quickly Team oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others Computer skills are helpful Scheduling: This position full-time and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as Kwik Shop locions can be open 24 hours depending on the locion. Weekend & Holiday hours are required. Hours & Conditions: 48 hour work week minimum Travel: 5% - will be required to deliver deposits to the bank. Must have Reliable transportion Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squ, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperures). The noise level in the work environment is usually modere. Other: Specialized tire required in food establishments.
