The Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) is looking for a Weekend Administrative Attendant. The position is based on our Phinney Center Campus. This role is a main contact between the PNA and our greater community. The hours are on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (While the hours are not negotiable and we are looking to fill both days, you may also apply for Saturday or Sunday only. If you wish to apply for only one of the two days, please state that in your application.)
The position’s essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Maintain the Phinney Center as a welcoming space.
• Open and close the 2 campus buildings.
• Ensure proper set up for scheduled renters, serve as a general security presence, and monitor conditions of our space after renters’ departure
• Answer phones and greet visitors answering their inquiries about PNA rentals, membership, programs, events, and other programs.
• Assist fellow staff and renters
• Provide support to the PNA through myriad administrative tasks
• Provide support to PNA events
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, works independently, and functions well within the administrative team. Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills preferred. Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint desirable.
