We aren’t looking to build a monument to a person; we are looking to build a movement for the King. Our mission is simple: Love God, serve the city, and live out the Gospel. We are currently seeking a shepherd who cares more about the "lost sheep" than the "big stage." If you have a heart for discipleship and a desire to grow with a community from the ground up, we want to meet you. Who You Are We believe God looks at the heart rather than the resume. We aren't looking for polished degrees; we are looking for a surrendered life. Core Qualifications: * Born Again: A clear, personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ. * Spirit-Filled: Walking in the power and fruit of the Holy Spirit. * Education: High School graduate (or equivalent). * Character: You must be humble, submissive, and teachable. We value a "servant-leader" over a "CEO" mentality. * Status: Married or single—both are encouraged to apply. The Call This is a foundational role.
