Over the past 50 years, our non-profit has helped thousands of older adults in the Portland Metro area keep their independence through weekly meal delivery and social connections. Join our Development team during the busiest and most inspiring time of the year. We are seeking an On-Call Gift Processor to support our fundraising efforts during the holiday giving season. In this role, you will help ensure charitable contributions are processed accurately and promptly, providing donors with a seamless and meaningful giving experience. Responsibilities include processing and recording donations, generating receipts and acknowledgments, maintaining donor records, and supporting the timely and accurate administration of gifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in gift processing, data entry, administrative support, or a related field. Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or a similar donor database is preferred. Successful candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to accuracy.
