This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, honest, hands-on person who enjoys varied building maintenance work in a unique historic setting. Position Details Full-Time Position: Includes a freshly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath on-site house located near the maintenance shed (a major benefit that significantly reduces your living expenses). Part-Time Position: Flexible hours available. Responsibilities General building maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) Routine and preventive maintenance on historic structures, museum buildings, and grounds Minor renovations, painting, and handyman tasks Light grounds work and facility upkeep Responding to maintenance requests across the property Small engine repair, lawn equipment maintenance, automotive repair, golf cart maintenance Requirements High School Diploma or GED General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and basic building systems Prior maintenance, handyman, or trade work experience is required!
