Receive trauma-informed training and continued education Intensive Service Foster parents are greatly needed. El Shaddai Foster Family Agency is seeking foster/resource parents who have a desire to open their heart and their home to foster children who require additional help and support to overcome the consequences of past trauma and loss. ISFC Foster care reimbursements are approximately $3300 per month. ISFC parent(s) are provided trauma informed trainings and continued education to assist in the preparation of care for these children and continued learning to enhance your abilities over time. All ISFC parents will be provided with a case worker and a trained staff person to provide in-home therapeutic care. Children will be connected with behavioral health specialists to assist in the healing process, counseling services and in some cases, medication management. We are also seeking foster families for foster children who have minor behavioral needs and support.
