Training provided to achieve personal goals Mark 2 is a non-profit organization that empowers adults experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives, integrate into community and have the same life choices as we all enjoy. www.mark2inc.org This position requires an individual with patience and experience in providing support for daily personal routines and community integration. Must be able to recognize the needs the of the individual and understand complex communication supports. We will train and equip you to support the person to achieve their personal goals at home and in the community. Some activities include meal preparation, personal care and light housekeeping, games and movies, exercise and community support. STARTING HOURLY RATE: $24.00-$27.00 per hour. Part Time: Paid sick leave; flexible schedule SCHEDULE: 5:45-10:00am shifts and 5:45-1:30 shifts. Opportunity for full time if interested.
