Escondido- Chula Vista- Downtown San Diego, Poway to name a few. Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm Or only weekends: Sat or Sunday 8am to 5pm Responsibilities: * Greet and qualify prospective residents. * Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities. * Collect application fees and move-in deposits. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Qualifications * 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred. * CRM software experience is a plus * Lease-up experience is a plus. * Students, realtors or retired needed for Saturday or Sunday schedule to show apartment model homes on call. * Professionals for Leasing needed F/T Monday to Friday and or P/T week days. * Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills. * High school diploma or GED in lieu of. * Must Be able to pass a 7 year background check and drug screening as required.
