MUST be bilingual English and Spanish. Individual should be comfortable speaking with clients, courts and government agencies. This is a full time position the hours are: shifts 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm and 10am-7pm. This is an in-office position *Must have at least 3 years of experience and some college credit* Responsible for greeting all clients; handle all calls and properly screen calls for attorneys and staff; conduct general intake information, mail; data entry; managing attorneys' calendars and appointments; communicating with clients regarding delinquent accounts, preparing and sending collection e-mails, negotiating payment plans and performing account reconciliations. file management and general correspondence Qualifications: • Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Computer skills, particularly experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. • Ability to handle multiple projects and respond quickly to changing priorities. • Read, write, and translate in Spanish • Prior law firm experience preferred YMF offers a friendly, business casual environment with competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave & Life Insurance.
