We've been serving this neighborhood for decades, and we're looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to take over payroll administration. What you'll do: Process weekly payroll for staff across all three locations Track hours, timesheets, overtime, and time-off records Maintain employee files and onboarding paperwork for new hires Handle payroll tax filings and coordinate with our accountant Keep employee records accurate and confidential Assist with general office duties: invoices, vendor bills, and recordkeeping What we're looking for: Prior payroll or bookkeeping experience (small business a plus) Comfortable with payroll software and basic spreadsheets Accurate with numbers and deadlines — payroll has to be right and on time Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information Dependable and self-directed; we need someone we can hand this off to Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Details: Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm Based at our 1826 Eastchester Rd.
