Executive Assistant HR
• Working for Chief People Officer
• Responsible Support the administrative function of the respective team, for executing a variety of administrative business processes.
• Take direction and organize own work schedule to execute work, coordinating with others as necessary.
• Ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communications, and activities across the Foundation's HR team.
• Serving as a trusted partner, this role manages complex scheduling, prepares materials for meetings and presentations, supports special initiatives, and handles sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.

• Communications and Relationship Management Interacts professionally with internal staff across all levels of the company·
• Manage calendars and prep for some meetings. A small bit of travel and expenses. One board meeting. One team retreat.
• Non Profit
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma required. Bachelors preferred.
• Pay $28-$35
