Summary: Seeking a bilingual Project Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate subcontractor teams, and oversee construction project operations. Highlights: 1. Work independently managing multiple construction projects We are a construction company and we do brick and masonry restoration. We also do general contracting in the DC and surrounding areas. We're looking for a project coordinator that will be the point of contact for the clients regarding their ongoing project as well as coordinate teams of subcontractors. The role requires: - bilingual in English and Spanish - have excellent customer service skills: be the point of contact between the client, the subcontractors, and the office - must be able to go on site and manage - have experience in construction - works independently - experience managing construction project operations, workers, and multiple projects at once - reliable transportation to get to the office on time. Transportation will be provided for going to the job sites. - must have a valid driver's license The role also requires: - experience with CRM like Contractor Foreman is desired but not required - experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, List, Outlook, Calendar, etc.) and permit-tracking software - prepare, submit, and track permit applications - review construction plans and supporting documents for permit compliance - monitor permit status and ensure timely approvals - communicate permit requirements and updates to homeowners - strong organizational and time-management skills. - excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - be able to do scheduling and coordination - be available to answer client questions and concerns - be reliable and shows up on time - willing to learn This is a full-time position.
