This is not a sit behind a desk internship. We are looking for someone who understands hard work, hustle, accountability, and getting things done. You will work alongside our general contractor and construction team and get hands on experience learning how residential construction projects are managed from start to finish. What you’ll learn and help with: Project scheduling and coordination Communicating with crews and subcontractors Ordering and coordinating materials Tracking project progress Budgets and project documentation Site visits and field coordination Administrative and computer based project management Problem solving and keeping multiple projects moving at once Who we’re looking for: Spanish speaking required Some construction knowledge or experience Strong computer and administrative skills Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Willing to take initiative and learn Not afraid of hard work Strong communication skills Interested in building a career in construction or project management This is a great opportunity for someone trying to break into the construction industry who wants real world experience rather than just observing from the sidelines.
