Directs special projects, events, and outreach activities The Administrative Support, operating under the guidance of the Operations Manager, will handle a variety of complex administrative tasks to assist with the daily operations of the Department of Accounting of Tychonsolution solutions we provide commerce, cloud, applications, analytics, and warehouse management. Leveraging Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, PWAs, headless commerce, and AI, we drive automation and intelligent decision-making. Partnering with global brands, we modernize systems, solve challenges, and accelerate digital growth. Duties • Oversees the Visitor Program for both short-term and long-term guests. • Coordinates routine section events, maintains the section calendar, and manages the faculty call schedule. • Independently resolves a variety of office issues and collaborates with the supervisor on more complex matters. • Directs special projects, events, orientations, and outreach activities. • Develops and implements office procedures and policies to support efficient operations. • Handles personnel matters, including the faculty recruitment process. • Monitors faculty expense accounts, identifies problematic spending patterns, and advises faculty accordingly. • Processes and tracks all bills and expense reimbursements. • Drafts, edits, and manages correspondence and various documents. • Maintains inventory and orders office supplies as needed. • Oversees the upkeep of the physical office space, including arranging for equipment repairs and upgrades. • Performs additional duties as assigned.
