The purpose of the inspection is to verify occupancy and property condition for various banks and mortgage companies. Each inspection takes an average of 5 minutes, which includes taking photos of the property and filling out the related inspection form. Reliable and insured transportation, a smartphone and internet and printer access are a must. Prior knowledge of EZ inspections and an active Aspen Grove number is a plus. This job would be perfect for a rep already completing inspection work and looking to add more work to their route. The ideal candidate is self motivated, communicative, and detail oriented.
