This role combines capital partner coordination, project oversight, and transaction management to ensure each deal runs smoothly from funding to resale. You will work directly with investment partners, contractors, mobile home parks, and escrow/title companies to keep deals moving forward and ensure timelines are met. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
