This position will require experience with property management, contractor management, resident coordination, in unit showings, leasing and collections. The property manager is to manage all resident requests and manage the building entirely. The property manager will be paid as a 10-99 employee based on a percentage of the rents collected. A candidate to be hired will possess the following attributes: problem solver, accountable, resourceful, not afraid to get hands dirty, timely, organized and sophisticated.
