Focus on residential property management and leasing **MUST BE LICENSED AZ REAL ESTATE AGENT W/RESIDENTIAL LEASING ASSISTANCE** POSITION OFFERS PAID TIME OFF, MATCHING 401K, CARERR DEVELOPMENT BUT NOT MEDICAL BENEFITS Handle all avenues of *RESIDENTIAL* property management and rental leasing of *single family homes* including but not limited to: -Assisting homeowners with premarketing for upcoming vacancies including running CMAs for suggested rent rates -Listing available vacant properties for rent through property management software and Rental Beast -Regularly updating homeowners during vacancy periods -Leasing: gather and processing all leasing documents and working with applicants -Working with homeowners on approving applicants and completing prior to move in items -Addressing any lease negotiations or questions homeowners/applicants might have -Handle early term lease negotiation and/or mutual rescissions -Working with tenants on maintenance, property and leasing issues -Marketing videos of available rental properties -Complete initial inspections of new properties -Phone work -The position is a full time (M-F) in office position + 2 weekends a month work from home -Must be looking to work for a stable, reliable company that has been in the valley for 20 + years -Must have current work history that can be validated -Must have experience with either Propertyware or AppFolio Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year DOE Company paid cell phone Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Employer contribution Retirement plan Professional development Job Type: Full-time
