Must be proficient in Microsoft word and excel. Duties include communication with tenants, owners and vendors. Walking properties 1-2 times per month. Schedule work and request quotes. Meet vendors onsite when necessary. Keep files updated, both hard copies and online. On call after hours for emergencies. Knowledge of Skyline or Yardi a plus.
