We are seeking a motivated individual to perform general cleaning and maintenance on a variety of office and residential properties. Responsibilities include common area and office cleaning, apartment turnover cleaning, basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs. Applicant will need to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to all systems of the properties and individual apartments/offices. Applicant will also coordinate larger repairs/projects with outside contractors. Work may be performed independently or as part of a maintenance team.
